Satcom Solution and Resources LLC is often referred to as “Satcom Resources.” Satcom Solution and Resources LLC owns the copyright, trademark and logos of the name “Satcom Resources.”
Small Package:
We use FedEx for all domestic and international small package delivery. Due to our high volume of shipping, we are able to pass on deep discounts to our customers. Small package shipments are door to door service unless otherwise specified.
Domestic Freight:
We use FedEx Freight Economy and Priority services for our domestic LTL (Less than Truckload) deliveries. Again, with industry top tier discounts, we are able to pass on great rates to our customers. We also offer truckload shipping from multiple carriers to handle delivery of your larger projects.
International Freight:
We work with the world’s leading logistics companies to get your international freight shipments delivered via air or ocean. All international airfreight shipments are processed door to airport. All international ocean shipments are processed door to port.
General Shipping Terms and Conditions:
-Claims: Please check your shipment carefully and note any loss, shortage or damage at time of delivery on the actual delivery receipt. We must be notified in writing of any loss or damage to the shipment no later than 14 days after the date of the delivery. We will make every effort to help clear up any shipping related issues, but we cannot guarantee results for shipments signed for as free and clear of damage. In the event of a notice of claim, we and or the carriers are entitled to inspect the shipment and any materials used to package or protect the shipment for transportation at the place of delivery. Consignee is responsible for holding onto the damaged shipment until the claims process has been completed.
-For international shipments, all duties and taxes are billed to the receiver. Satcom Solution and Resources is not responsible for import duties and taxes or any fees related to shipments that are held up in customs or returned due to customs clearance issues.
-All sales and deliveries of Products shall be "FOB Destination, SATCOM SOLUTION AND RESOURCES LLC's authorized shipping point" as defined in order. BUYER is responsible for all transportation, insurance, duties and other applicable expenses. These expenses shall be added to SATCOM SOLUTION AND RESOURCES LLC's invoice to BUYER if prepaid by SATCOM SOLUTION AND RESOURCES LLC. Other shipping terms and methods are available by request of the BUYER.
-Address Corrections: In the event that an address or Zip/Postal code is found to be incorrect, we will attempt to determine the correct address and complete delivery, but we assume no responsibility for any inability to complete delivery under such circumstances. Any handling fee for this address correction service will be responsibility of buyer not Satcom Solution and Resources LLC. If the correct address cannot be determined and if the consignee cannot be reached, the shipper will be advised to return the shipment at the cost of the buyer.
-Residential and Limited Access deliveries: It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Satcom Solution and Resources LLC in advance if any deliveries are being made to residential zoned or limited access facilities. When notified in advance of shipment, Satcom will make every attempt to identify additional charges related to residential or limited access deliveries, but any charges that are applied to shipments related to residential or limited access deliveries by carriers are the responsibility of the buyer.
-Liftgate deliveries: It is the responsibility of the buyer to notify Satcom Solution and Resources LLC in advance if any delivery requires a lift gate service. When notified in advance of shipment, Satcom will make every attempt to identify additional charges related to liftgate services, but any charges that are applied to shipments related to liftgate service are the responsibility of the buyer.
-Shipments subject to delay: Satcom Solution and Resources LLC is not responsible for any fees, penalties or fines related to delayed shipments for any reasons.
-Unless BUYER notifies SATCOM RESOURCES in writing within thirty (30) days from date of shipment of any products that said products are rejected, they will be deemed to have been accepted by BUYER. In order for the notice of rejection to be effective, BUYER must also specify the reason(s) why the Products are being rejected.
